MARK 6901M - Consumer Recruitment & Loyalty Strategy (2 units)
This elective explores how brands attract, convert, and retain consumers in a competitive, data-rich environment. It prepares students for roles in brand management, CRM, and digital marketing by blending analytics, insights, and brand strategy. Drawing on real-world experience from Estée Lauder, Kantar, and Nielsen, students will learn how to balance short-term recruitment with long-term loyalty to build sustainable brand growth. The course focuses on the full consumer lifecycle—from acquisition to loyalty—and provides students with the real-world tools to build sustainable brand growth, leveraging frameworks used by leading consumer brands.
